教育和工作背景:

2010华中科技大学,生命科学与技术学院工学学士;

20262月至今,南昌大学基础医学院/第二附属医院/生物医学创新研究院PI/博导/教授。

研究兴趣、领域:

  实验室长期致力于结构生物学与药物靶点研究,重点围绕脂质代谢关键蛋白的结构与功能展开系统解析,揭示脂质稳态维持的分子机制,并基于结构开展靶向干预研究,为相关疾病的治疗提供新策略。同时,课题组也关注其他重要药物靶点蛋白的结构机制,推动靶向药物的开发与机制探索。近年来以通讯作者或第一作者(含共同)在Cell3篇)、ScienceCell Research2篇)、Nature Structural & Molecular BiologyNature PlantsNature Communications5篇)、Science Advances2篇)、The EMBO JournalCell ReportsStructure等国际知名期刊发表多篇研究论文。
