课题组主要致力于细胞自噬分子机制及其在神经退行性疾病中的功能研究。

自噬是真核细胞内一种依赖溶酶体的降解机制，对于维持细胞内环境稳态至关重要。自噬异常与多种人类疾病密切相关，如衰老、代谢性疾病、感染和免疫疾病、癌症以及神经退行性疾病等。课题组致力于细胞自噬的分子机制及其在神经退行性疾病中的功能研究，聚焦于神经退行性疾病的核心病理环节，深入探究自噬缺陷导致神经退行性疾病的精确分子机制，并开发靶向神经炎症与小胶质细胞病理性激活的创新治疗策略。

近年来以第一作者或通讯作者在Molecular Cell、Developmental Cell、Nature Structural & Molecular Biology、Autophagy等细胞生物学领域较有影响力的SCI杂志上发表论文5篇。
