Research Focus

Constructing of human-derived organoids and innovative mouse disease models, in order to develop new drug targets and therapeutic strategies. Exploring pharmacological mechanisms through integrative in vivo and in vitro approaches, with special focus on liver disease modeling and mechanistic researches. In the past five years, as the first author (including co-first author), publishing a series of research papers in Nature Chemical Biology, Journal of Biological Chemistry, Protein & Cell, Genome Biology, Advanced Science, and Chemical Engineering Journal. Leading the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) and Provincial Natural Science Foundation Frontier Technology Project.
