Research interest

(1) Biological phase separation and transition:

The physiological functions and underlying mechanisms of phase separated biological condensates mediated by their material properties; physiological behaviors and functions mediated by the interface of biological condensates; intervention of the biological pathways and relevant diseases based on biological condensates.

(2) The autophagy-lysosome pathway:

The transcriptional regulation of the autophagy-lysosome pathway; the mechanism of autophagosome maturation; intervention of the autophagy-lysosome pathway and relevant diseases.
