Recruitment Announcement for Research Assistants

MOE Organoid Resource Bank, Nanchang University

To meet the operational needs of the MOE Organoid Resource Bank, Nanchang University, and in accordance with the principles of openness, equality and merit-based selection, we are now openly recruiting 2 Research Assistants (professional technical post, non-institutional establishment). The details of the recruitment are as follows:

I. Recruitment Requirements

(I) Basic Requirements

  • Possess sound political integrity and professional ethics;

  • Demonstrate good teamwork spirit, service awareness and communication skills.

(II) Academic Qualification

Bachelor’s degree or above; master’s or doctoral degree holders will be given priority.

(III) Major Requirements

Basic Medicine (Code 1001), Biology (Code 0710) or related disciplines.

(IV) Age Requirement

Under 30 years of age.

(V) Other Requirements

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct preliminary collection and processing of tissue samples including intestine, stomach, lung, etc.

  • Perform corresponding organoid culture and cell culture work.

  • Undertake other relevant tasks assigned by the supervisors.

Post Requirements

  1. Be careful, proactive, steady, with a strong sense of responsibility and honest and reliable character;

  2. Candidates with relevant experience in organoid culture / cell culture will be preferred;

  3. Candidates who can work stably in the post for more than two years will be given priority.

II. Application Period and Method

From January 4, 2026 until the positions are filled.

Applicants shall complete the following attached forms:

  • Appendix 1: Application Form for Non-Institutional Establishment Positions, Nanchang University

  • Appendix 2: Commitment Letter for Reporting of Immediate Relatives of Applicants for Non-Institutional Establishment Positions, Nanchang University

The completed forms, together with personal resume, academic degree certificates and other supporting documents, shall be compiled into a compressed file, named in the format: Full Name + Phone Number, and sent to the email address: moe-orc@ncu.edu.cn.
All materials submitted must be authentic and valid. Incomplete applications or materials failing to meet the requirements will not be accepted. Anyone who falsifies information shall be disqualified from application once verified.

III. Recruitment Procedure

(I) Preliminary Review

Upon receipt of applications, the qualifications and eligibility of applicants will be examined and verified.

(II) Assessment

Shortlisted applicants who pass the qualification review and preliminary resume screening will be invited for assessment. The specific arrangement of the assessment will be notified separately.

IV. Employment and Benefits

Candidates who are selected and employed after inspection will sign an employment contract, and enjoy the benefits stipulated in the Interim Measures for the Administration of Self-Employed Research Assistants, Nanchang University.
