Recruitment Announcement: Research Assistant for the MOE Organoid Resource Center, Nanchang University

In accordance with the operational needs of the Ministry of Education (MOE) Organoid Resource Center at Nanchang University, we are publicly recruiting two Research Assistants (Technical Post, Non-establishment position) under the principles of "Openness, Equality, and Merit-based Selection." The details are as follows:


I. Recruitment Requirements

Basic Requirements: Possess good political literacy and professional ethics; have strong teamwork spirit, service awareness, and communication skills.

Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above; candidates with a Master’s degree are preferred.

Professional Requirements: Basic Medicine (1001), Biology (0710), or other related fields.

Age Requirement: Under 30 years old.

Job Responsibilities: Pre-processing and collection of tissue samples (intestine, stomach, lungs, etc.). Culturing of corresponding organoids and cells, along with other related tasks as assigned by leadership.

Job Requirements: (1). Attentive to detail, proactive, responsible, honest, and reliable. (2). Prior experience in organoid or cell culture is highly preferred. (3). Candidates who can commit to a stable role for more than two years are preferred.

II. Application Timeline and Procedures

Application Period: From January 4, 2026, until positions are filled.

III. Recruitment Process

Preliminary Screening: Qualification and resume review upon receipt.

Assessment: Applicants who pass the qualification review and initial resume screening will participate in the assessment, with arrangements notified separately.

IV. Compensation and Benefits

Selected candidates will sign an employment contract and receive benefits in accordance with the "Provisional Measures for the Management of Self-Employed Research Assistants at Nanchang University."
