In accordance with the operational requirements of the Ministry of Education (MOE) Organoid Resource Center at Nanchang University, we are announcing an open recruitment for two Research Assistants (technical positions, non-establishment). The recruitment follows the principles of "openness, equality, and merit-based selection." The details are as follows:

I. Recruitment Requirements

Basic Requirements: Candidates should demonstrate strong political integrity and professional ethics, along with a strong sense of teamwork, service orientation, and effective communication skills.

Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above; candidates with a Master’s degree are preferred.

Professional Requirements: Basic Medicine (1001), Biology (0710), orrelated fields.

Age Requirement: Under 30 years old.Job Responsibilities:Preliminaryprocessing and collection of tissue samples (intestine, stomach, lungs, etc.). Culturing of corresponding organoids and cells, along with other related tasks as assigned by leadership.

Job Requirements: (1). Attentive to detail, proactive, responsible, honest, and reliable. (2). Prior experience in organoid or cell culture is highly preferred. (3). Candidates able to commit to a stableposition for more than two years are preferred.
